Install POStockin and open your business straight from the Start menu. Use your existing account to manage inventory, sales and estimates.
Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11 · 64-bit PC. Windows 1.6 adds a local business mode with offline sales, reports and encrypted backups. Online workspaces require internet for sign-in and completed sales.

Can I use it on my phone?
POStockin supports Android, Windows PCs and web browsers. Sign in with your email address and password to access your business.
Can my team have separate logins?
Create a business and invite your team as administrators, managers or cashiers. Each person uses their own credentials and each business has its own inventory.
Does it work without internet?
Windows local mode supports inventory, completed sales, reports and Excel/CSV imports without internet. Online workspaces support saved inventory and draft orders offline; reconnect to complete sales. Local and online workspaces remain separate.
How can I register my business?
Create your business to start a 30-day free trial automatically. Bold Technology and AI sets your individual one-time fee. Windows local users receive an activation key through WhatsApp after payment is confirmed. Each business has its own one-time fee, which must be paid and confirmed before the trial ends.
