Include your business name, device type and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or Mobile Money PINs. Remove customer information from screenshots before sharing them.

Trial and activation

You can create your business in the app. Your 30-day trial starts automatically when you create your business. Each business receives its own one-time quote. Full payment must be confirmed before the trial expires to continue using inventory and sales. There is no recurring subscription fee. If the trial expires, business data is retained but operational access is paused until payment is confirmed.

Local Windows activation and backups

Windows 1.6 local mode runs inventory, sales and reports without internet. In Licence and backup, copy your activation request and send it through WhatsApp to +233 24 339 0484. After full payment confirmation, enter the activation key we send back; the PC does not need internet. Licence registration sends business/contact details, licence ID, installation identifier and trial dates when connected, but does not upload local inventory or sales.

Export an encrypted backup to a USB drive regularly and keep the backup password safe. Daily recovery snapshots on the PC cannot protect against loss of the PC. Restore does not restart a trial. A replacement PC or installation may require a new activation key; contact support. Local and online workspaces are separate in this release.

Windows updates

If you installed through Microsoft Store, manage updates in Microsoft Store. If you used our direct-download installer, save your work, close POStockin and run the latest installer from this website. Synchronise drafts before switching installation methods.
